I walk my clients through the prequalification process and present all related documents to the seller, strengthening our position as we negotiate.
I know the area and can inform you of each builder’s reputation, past customer satisfaction, and the difference in builder warranties.
I can inform you of special incentives, upgrades, or paid closing costs that may not be offered without negotiation.
I can assist you in your selection of upgrades and advise you on the upgrades that are cost efficient as they relate to resale value.
I review all legal documents before you sign to ensure that there are no misunderstood provisions.
I am able to point out problem areas of concern during the walk through that the builder representative may fail to notice or point out.
I ensure that all repairs are completed and we are given adequate receipted evidence of those repairs prior to closing.
I am available to assist with tax appraisal values post closing.
